OUR STORY

The Senchak Family

We’re Troy and Faith, two hometown kids who never really left. Our families have been rooted in this community for generations, and the fields and places around us hold our memories: childhood adventures, years of hard work, and a whole lot of dreaming.

We purchased the farm in 2020 and it was something very exciting for us, it was a brand new adventure and to make the adventure even more fun we found out we had a baby on the way at the exact same time.

When our daughter, Scarlett, was born, everything shifted. We wanted her to grow up connected to something real, to the land and to a family legacy we could build with our own hands. We knew we saw our future here at this farm. We just needed to decide what that future would look like.

Troy has always been a farmer at heart. He tossed around every idea you can imagine: going back to traditional crops, trying fruit orchards, you name it. But lavender kept tugging at him. It felt unique, and full of possibility, which if you know Troy he ALWAYS loves to be different. So we took a deep breath, rolled up our sleeves, and said, why not try?

In typical Troy nature he never does anything small so we started this farm in 2024 by planting 6,000 plants! Yes, you read that correctly 6,000 plants...by hand.

Since then, it’s been a true family adventure. We’re learning as we go, celebrating the wins, laughing through the mistakes, and relying on Troy’s years of farming experience as well as his amazing skills to build and figure just about anything out more than we ever thought we would.

When harvest time rolls around, everyone jumps in. Friends, family, little helping hands...it takes a village, and we’re lucky to have one. This farm isn’t just rows of lavender. It’s our hope for Scarlett’s future. It’s a place where we want people to want to come to wander, to breathe, to enjoy products made with care and a whole lot of heart.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re growing more than lavender here, we’re growing a dream, together.
