Cancellation Policy
Photography Rental Policy Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Booking Time: Please note that your rental hour begins at the scheduled booking time, not upon arrival. We recommend planning to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full session time.
